Northern Territory Consolidated Regulations Northern Territory Consolidated RegulationsAn infringement notice may be withdrawn at any time within 28 days after it is served, but before payment of the prescribed amount specified in the infringement notice, by serving on the alleged offender a notice:
(a) signed by the member of the Police Force who issued the notice or another member authorised by the Commissioner for the purpose; and
(b) stating that the infringement notice is withdrawn.
