Northern Territory Consolidated Regulations Northern Territory Consolidated Regulations(1) An approved association or other person required under Part 2, Division 2 to apply for a permit to conduct gaming must lodge with the Director an application for the relevant permit.
(2) The application must be in an approved form.
(3) The Director may give the applicant written notice requiring the applicant to provide further information relevant to the application.
