Northern Territory Consolidated Regulations Northern Territory Consolidated Regulations(1) A candidate for election may appoint a scrutineer to represent the candidate during voting or the scrutiny.
(2) The appointment is made by giving written notice, in the approved form, of the appointment to:
(a) the returning officer; or
(b) the authorised officer in charge of the voting centre or the scrutiny centre.
