NHULUNBUY (ANIMAL CONTROL) BY-LAWS 1998 - REG 19H

Pounds

    (1)     The Corporation may:

        (a)     establish a pound; or

        (b)     make any arrangements the Corporation thinks fit for use of premises for impounding animals under these By-laws.

    (2)     The Corporation may appoint a person to be the supervisor of a pound.
