NHULUNBUY (ANIMAL CONTROL) BY-LAWS 1998 - REG 22

Exemptions

By-laws 30 and 32 do not apply to or in relation to:

        (a)     a assistance dog; or

        (b)     any other dog that the Corporation determines is exempt from those By-laws.
