NATIONAL DISABILITY INSURANCE SCHEME (WORKER CLEARANCE) REGULATIONS 2021 - REG 15

A notice of the outcome of a review must:

        (a)     include the reasons for the outcome; and

        (b)     include a statement setting out the affected person's rights under section 43 of the Act.
