Northern Territory Consolidated Regulations Northern Territory Consolidated Regulations(1) A claim by third party notice shall be commenced by filing the notice in the Court, whereupon the third party becomes a party to the proceeding.
(2) A third party notice shall be filed and served on the third party in the same manner as originating process is filed and served on a defendant.
