Northern Territory Consolidated Regulations Northern Territory Consolidated Regulations(1) A sheriff shall on being given a notice of claim under rule 12.03, without delay, serve a copy of the notice, and also a notice in accordance with Form 12A, on the execution creditor.
(2) The execution creditor may serve on the sheriff notice in writing that he admits or disputes the claim.
