Northern Territory Consolidated Regulations Northern Territory Consolidated Regulations(1) Where a claim is made other than for the recovery of a debt, damages or property, whether or not a claim for such recovery is also made in the proceeding, and the plaintiff is entitled to judgment on the claim against a defendant in accordance with rule 21.01 or 21.02, the Court may give judgment for the plaintiff on the statement of claim.
(2) An application for judgment under subrule (1) may be made without notice to the defendant.
