Northern Territory Consolidated Regulations Northern Territory Consolidated Regulations(1) Except where it otherwise provides, this Order applies only to a proceeding commenced by writ and to a proceeding in respect of which an order has been made under rule 4.07.
(2) In this Order "possession" means possession, custody or power.
