Northern Territory Consolidated Regulations Northern Territory Consolidated Regulations(1) Subject to this Order, as between the parties, the costs of and incidental to attending an oral examination are to be costs in the proceeding unless the Court orders otherwise.
(2) The party seeking the examination must pay the costs of the examiner in the first instance.
(3) The Court may fix the examiner's costs and, on the application of a party or the examiner, may order that those costs be paid in accordance with subrule (2).
