Northern Territory Consolidated Regulations Northern Territory Consolidated RegulationsWhere in a proceeding concerning property the property will be more than sufficient to answer the claims on the property for which provision ought to be made in the proceeding, the Court may, by order, allow the whole or part of the annual income of the property or of a part of the property to be paid, during such period as it determines, to all or any of the persons having an interest in the income, or may direct that a part of the property be conveyed, transferred or delivered to a person having an interest in the property.
