Northern Territory Consolidated Regulations Northern Territory Consolidated Regulations(1) Subject to subrule (2), this Order applies where the plaintiff claims the recovery of land which is occupied solely by a person who entered into occupation or, having been a licensee, remained in occupation without the plaintiff's licence or consent or that of a predecessor in title of the plaintiff.
(2) This Order does not apply where the land is occupied by a mortgagor or successor in title and the claim is made by the mortgagee or successor in title or in respect of premises to which Part 13 of the Business Tenancies (Fair Dealings) Act 2003 applies.
