Northern Territory Consolidated Regulations Northern Territory Consolidated Regulations(1) In an administration proceeding or a proceeding within rule 54.02, the Court may make an order and grant a relief to which the plaintiff is entitled by reason of breach of trust, wilful default or other misconduct of the defendant, notwithstanding that the proceeding was commenced by originating motion.
(2) Subrule (1) does not limit the powers of the Court under rule 4.07.
