Northern Territory Consolidated Regulations Northern Territory Consolidated RegulationsWhere in a proceeding a document is required or permitted to be served on a person and a solicitor makes on a copy of the document a note that the solicitor accepts service of the document on behalf of the person to be served, the document shall, unless the solicitor is shown not to have had authority to accept service, be taken to have been duly served on that person on the day on which the solicitor made the note or on such other day as is proved.
