Northern Territory Consolidated Regulations Northern Territory Consolidated Regulations(1) This rule applies where by an Act a bill in respect of costs to which this Part applies may be taxed by the Taxing Master on an appointment obtained as of course and without an order of the Court on application by the client or other person liable to pay the costs.
(2) An application to the Taxing Master to tax a bill to which this rule applies shall be made by summons in accordance with rule 63.36.
