Northern Territory Consolidated Regulations Northern Territory Consolidated Regulations(1) Within 28 days after an authority reserves a question of law, the applicant, after consultation with the respondent shall serve a draft of the stated case on the authority and on the other party.
(2) A copy of a record of evidence need not be annexed to the draft case.
