Northern Territory Consolidated Regulations Northern Territory Consolidated RegulationsWhere earnings become payable to a judgment debtor and there are in force 2 or more attachment of earnings orders, whether made under this Chapter or otherwise, in relation to those earnings, the person to whom the orders are directed shall comply with:
(a) those orders according to the respective dates on which they took effect and shall disregard an order until the earlier order has been complied with; and
(b) an order as if the earnings to which the order relates were the residue of the earnings of the judgment debtor after the making of a payment under an earlier order.
