Northern Territory Consolidated Regulations Northern Territory Consolidated Regulations(1) The judgment creditor shall, not later than 7 days before the day for the hearing named in the charging summons, serve on the judgment debtor and personally on the government or corporation the summons and a copy of each affidavit used on the application for an order under rule 73.03(1).
(2) The Court may dispense with service on the judgment debtor under subrule (1).
