Northern Territory Consolidated Regulations Northern Territory Consolidated RegulationsWhere an affidavit and a notice are served on a corporation under rule 73.13 and, during the time the notice is in force, the corporation is requested to register a transfer of the stock to which the notice relates or the payment of a dividend or interest on the stock falls due, it:
(a) shall serve on the claimant, at his address for service, a notice informing him of the request; and
(b) except with the authority of the Court, shall not register the transfer or, as the case requires, pay the dividend or interest before the expiration of 10 days after the day the notice is served.
