SUPREME COURT RULES 1987 - REG 81A.02A

    (1)     Subject to these Rules, an Associate Judge may exercise the powers and authority of the Court:

        (a)     in relation to a matter on an arraignment day as mentioned in rule 81A.14; and

        (b)     under the Bail Act 1982 .
