Northern Territory Consolidated Regulations Northern Territory Consolidated Regulations(1) When the Registry of the Court is open, a person may inspect and obtain a copy of a document filed in a proceeding that is part of the record of proceedings of a trial within the meaning of rule 81A.39.
(2) Despite subrule (1):
(a) a person may not inspect or obtain a copy of a document that the Court has ordered remain confidential; and
(b) a person who is not a party may not without leave of the Court inspect or obtain a copy of a document that in the opinion of a Registrar ought to remain confidential to the parties.
