Northern Territory Consolidated Regulations Northern Territory Consolidated Regulations(1) This rule applies to an application for leave to withdraw a caveat where there is a proceeding for a grant or resealing in the estate.
(2) A caveator shall file a notice of appearance in the proceeding for grant or resealing.
(3) The application for leave to withdraw the caveat shall be made by summons.
