SUPREME COURT RULES 1987 - REG 88.80

Where the applicant seeks commission he shall file:

        (a)     an affidavit in support of the application; and

        (b)     where the accounts are not filed within the time fixed by this Part or an order of the Court, an affidavit explaining the delay.
