Northern Territory Consolidated Regulations Northern Territory Consolidated Regulations(1) When a proceeding is transferred by the Court under a cross-vesting law, the Registrar of the Supreme Court shall send to the proper office of the court to which the proceeding is transferred all documents filed, and all orders made, in the proceeding.
(2) When a proceeding is transferred to the Court under a cross-vesting law, the Registrar of the Supreme Court shall give it a number and title.
(3) As soon as practicable after a proceeding is transferred to the Court under a cross-vesting law, the party by whom the proceeding was commenced shall apply for directions.
