Northern Territory Consolidated Regulations Northern Territory Consolidated Regulations(1) If an arbitration commenced before the commencement of the Commercial Arbitration (National Uniform Legislation) Act 2011 , Order 91 as in force immediately before the commencement of the Supreme Court Amendment (Commercial Arbitration) Rules 2013 continues to apply to the arbitration.
(2) For subrule (1), an arbitration has commenced if:
(a) a dispute to which the relevant arbitration agreement applies has arisen; and
(b) the arbitral tribunal has been properly constituted.
