Northern Territory Consolidated Regulations Northern Territory Consolidated Regulations(1) The Commission may, by means of a sign or other notification, determine a period during which a total fire ban is in force in the whole or part of a park or reserve.
(2) If a total fire ban is in force a person must not light, maintain or use a fire anywhere in the area to which the total fire ban applies.
Maximum penalty: 15 penalty units.
