TERRITORY PARKS AND WILDLIFE CONSERVATION BY-LAWS 1984 - REG 27C

Application of by-law 13 (Trade and commerce)

By-law 13(1) does not apply in relation to trade or commerce carried on by a person in Limmen Bight Marine Park in accordance with:

        (a)     an Aquaculture licence; or

        (b)     a commercial fishing licence; or

        (c)     a Fishing Tour Operator licence.
