TERRITORY PARKS AND WILDLIFE CONSERVATION BY-LAWS 1984 - REG 27E

Application of by-law 18 (Disturbance of natural features)

By-law 18(1) does not apply in relation to the disturbance of a natural feature of Limmen Bight Marine Park by a person as an ordinary consequence of fishing conducted by the person in accordance with:

        (a)     an Aquaculture licence; or

        (b)     a commercial fishing licence; or

        (c)     a Fishing Tour Operator licence.
