Northern Territory Consolidated Regulations Northern Territory Consolidated Regulations(1) For section 99(1)(b) of the Act, a decision specified in Schedule 5 is prescribed to be a reviewable decision .
(2) For section 99(2)(b) of the Act, a person specified in Schedule 5 for a reviewable decision is prescribed to be an affected person for the reviewable decision.
