Northern Territory Consolidated Regulations Northern Territory Consolidated Regulations(1) A person who makes an application specified in the Schedule, column 1, must pay the application fee specified opposite the application in column 2.
Note for subregulation (1)
A person who applies for registration or a renewal of registration is also required to pay a registration fee under regulation 10(2)(a).
(2) The Board may, wholly or partly, waive a fee due under the Act.
