ANIMAL PROTECTION ACT 2018 (NO 25 OF 2018) - SECT 14

Delegation

    (1)     The CEO may delegate any of the CEO's powers and functions under this Act to a person.

    (2)     Subsection (1) does not apply to the CEO's power to appoint authorised officers.
