ANIMAL PROTECTION ACT 2018 (NO 25 OF 2018) - SECT 17

Return of identity card

    (1)     A person, other than a police officer, who ceases to be an authorised officer must return the person's identity card to the CEO within 21 days after the cessation.

Maximum penalty:     20 penalty units.

    (2)     An offence against subsection (1) is an offence of strict liability.
