Northern Territory Numbered Acts Northern Territory Numbered Acts(1) An accreditation continues in force for 3 years, subject to its suspension, cancellation or surrender.
(2) Before the date of expiry, the accredited animal ethics committee may apply to the CEO for the renewal of the accreditation.
(3) The application for renewal must:
(a) be in the approved form; and
(b) be supported by the information specified by the CEO; and
(c) be accompanied by any fee prescribed by regulation.
(4) Sections 51 to 2018_17574.html#_Ref470047288">53 apply to an application for renewal of an accreditation as if it were an application for accreditation.
