ALCOHOL REFORM (LIQUOR LEGISLATION AMENDMENT) ACT 2011 (NO 17 OF 2011) - SECT 46

(1)     Section 109(1)

omit, insert

    (1)     A licensee commits an offence if:

    (a)     a person is found guilty of an offence against the Gaming Control Act ; and

    (b)     the offence occurred on the licensee's licensed premises.

Maximum penalty:     100 penalty units.

(2)     Section 109(2)

omit

a charge under subsection (1) to show

insert

a prosecution for an offence against subsection (1) if the defendant establishes
