(1)     After section 120L(2)

Maximum penalty:     5 penalty units.

    (2A)     An offence against subsection (2) is an offence of strict liability.

(2)     Section 120L(6)

omit, insert

    (6)     The person must comply with the request.

Maximum penalty:     5 penalty units.

    (6A)     It is a defence to a prosecution for an offence against subsection (6) if the defendant establishes a reasonable excuse.
