Northern Territory Numbered Acts Northern Territory Numbered Acts(1) A regional committee consists of not less than 6 members appointed by the Minister by Gazette notice.
(2) The Minister must, by Gazette notice, appoint a member of the regional committee as chairperson of the committee and another member as deputy chairperson.
