BUSHFIRES MANAGEMENT ACT 2016 (NO 14 OF 2016) - SECT 5

For this Act, a person gives public notice of a matter by:

    (a)     publishing notice of the matter in a newspaper circulating in the Territory or, if the matter relates only to a part of the Territory, in that part; or

    (b)     publishing notice of the matter between the hours of 6 am and 8 am over a radio station broadcasting in the Territory or, if the matter relates only to a part of the Territory, in that part.
