Northern Territory Numbered Acts Northern Territory Numbered Acts(1) A person on whom a firebreak notice or flammable material notice is served under section 92 (4) may, within 7 days after the service of the notice, apply in writing to the Minister:
(a) requesting the Minister to review the terms of the notice; and
(b) setting out the reasons for the application.
(2) The Minister may confirm, cancel or vary the notice as the Minister considers appropriate.
(3) The Minister must notify the applicant in writing of the decision as soon as practicable after making it.
