CARE AND PROTECTION OF CHILDREN ACT 2007 (NO 37 OF 2007) - SECT 122

How application is made

The CEO must specify in the application:

    (a)     the proposed order; and

    (b)     when the order is proposed to have effect; and

    (c)     why the CEO considers the order is necessary; and

    (d)     the proposed arrangement for the care and protection of the child under the order.
