Northern Territory Numbered Acts Northern Territory Numbered Acts(1) A person to whom the CEO has given a notice of the decision may apply to the Court for a review of the decision.
(2) The application must be made within 20 working days after the person receives the notice.
(3) The review is a review:
(a) of the merits of the decision; and
(b) on the grounds specified in the application.
(4) The application stays the decision until the application is decided.
(5) The Court may:
(a) affirm the decision; or
(b) vary the decision; or
(c) set aside the decision; or
(d) set aside the decision and replace it by the Court's decision.
