CARE AND PROTECTION OF CHILDREN ACT 2007 (NO 37 OF 2007) - SECT 238

    (1)     The licence holder may surrender the licence at any time before it expires.

    (2)     The surrender must be:

    (a)     made in the approved form; and

    (b)     accompanied by the licence.
