Northern Territory Numbered Acts Northern Territory Numbered Acts(1) An authorised officer may, by written notice, require an operator of children's services to give the officer specified information relating to the services.
(2) The operator must comply with the requirement within 14 days after receiving the notice.
Maximum penalty: 200 penalty units or imprisonment for 2 years.
(3) It is a defence to a prosecution for an offence against subsection (2) if the defendant has a reasonable excuse.
