CARE AND PROTECTION OF CHILDREN ACT 2007 (NO 37 OF 2007) - SECT 263

    (1)     Any of the following persons may make a complaint:

    (a)     someone who is or has been a protected child;

    (b)     an adult acting on behalf of a protected child.

    (2)     The complaint:

    (a)     must be made to the Commissioner; and

    (b)     may be made orally or in writing.

    (3)     If the complaint is made orally, the Commissioner may arrange for it to be reduced into writing.
