CARE AND PROTECTION OF CHILDREN ACT 2007 (NO 37 OF 2007) - SECT 298

The regulations may make provision, consistent with this Part, about the following:

    (a)     the nomination of candidates for the appointment of team members;

    (b)     the making of operational guidelines for a team;

    (c)     functions of a team;

    (d)     meetings of a team;

    (e)     any other matters relating to a team.
