A person acting in good faith in complying with a request under section  34 (2), 2007_Actc093.html#_Ref84127752">37 (1) or 2007_Actc093.html#_Ref82056737">38 (1) is not civilly or criminally liable, or in breach of any professional code of conduct, for complying with the request.
