CARE AND PROTECTION OF CHILDREN ACT 2007 (NO 37 OF 2007) - SECT 97

A person is guilty of an offence if the person:

    (a)     publishes a report of:

        (i)     any of the proceedings; or

        (ii)     the results of any of the proceedings; and

    (b)     is not authorised to do so by the Court or a law in force in the Territory.

Maximum penalty:     400 penalty units or imprisonment for 2 years.
