Northern Territory Numbered Acts Northern Territory Numbered Acts(1) On registration of the order imposing a fine under section 123(1), the fines Director may enforce the fine under the Fines Enforcement Act as if an order for it were registered under section 31 of that Act.
(2) However, the fines Director cannot issue a warrant of commitment under Part 5, Division 10, of the Fines Enforcement Act for enforcing the fine.
