Northern Territory Numbered Acts Northern Territory Numbered Acts(1) A secondary office holder is an office holder of a participating jurisdiction who holds office (whether under an appointment or otherwise) because the office holder is an office holder of 1 of the other participating jurisdictions.
(2) A secondary office is an office held under the law of a participating jurisdiction by a secondary office holder.
