    (a)     for Part 10A – see section 130A; or

    (b)     otherwise – means a law of the Commonwealth, a State or another Territory that is prescribed by regulation as a law that corresponds to this Act.

unexplained wealth :

    (a)     for Part 10A – see section 130A; or

    (b)     otherwise – see section 68.
